By accessing or purchasing from Mountaintop Apparel ("we," "us," or "our") at mountaintopapparel.shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.

Pricing: All products are sold at a 24% margin (base cost + 24%). Prices are listed in USD and include free shipping but exclude applicable taxes.
Accuracy: We strive for accurate product descriptions, colors, and pricing. Errors may be corrected at our discretion.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement. This constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment processors listed at checkout.
Sales Tax: Nevada customers may be subject to local sales tax (currently 8.38% in Clark County).

Third-Party Fulfillment: All orders are produced and shipped via Printify. See our [Shipping Policy] for timelines and terms.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by Printify, carriers, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

Eligibility: Unused, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Process: Contact us at mountaintopapparelllc@gmail.com for a return authorization. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All designs, logos, and content on our site are owned by Mountaintop Apparel or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews or photos, you grant us the right to use them for promotional purposes.

Reverse-engineer our products or disrupt site functionality.
Harass our team or other customers.

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use or site access.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
