Refund Policy

At Mountaintop Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Accepted:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

  • Defective or incorrect items (we’ll cover return shipping).

Not Accepted:

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  • Personalized/custom-made products (unless defective).

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email mountaintopapparelllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order online for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  1. Notify Us: Email [Your Support Email] within 14 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.

  2. Resolution: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
