At Mountaintop Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Accepted:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

Defective or incorrect items (we’ll cover return shipping).
Not Accepted:

Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Personalized/custom-made products (unless defective).
How to Return an Item

Refund Process

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order online for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Resolution: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
